Richard T. James (politician)

Richard T. James was an American politician who served in the Maryland House of Delegates. He represented District 29C, which encompasses parts of St. Mary's County, Maryland. James was a Republican. His tenure in the House of Delegates spanned from 2015 to 2019. During his time in office, he served on the Environmental Matters Committee. His legislative priorities often focused on issues relevant to his district, including environmental concerns related to the Chesapeake Bay and economic development in Southern Maryland.
