Wang Ning (politician, born 1966)

Wang Ning (Chinese: 王宁; pinyin: Wáng Níng; born July 1966) is a Chinese politician currently serving as the Communist Party Secretary of Yunnan Province since October 2021.

Prior to his current position, Wang Ning served as the Governor of Fujian Province from 2018 to 2021. He also held various positions within the Shanghai Municipal Government, including Vice Mayor and Deputy Secretary-General.

Wang Ning is a graduate of Tongji University, where he studied road and bridge engineering. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering.
