South Park station (Pittsburgh Regional Transit)

South Park station is a light rail station on the Pittsburgh Regional Transit's Red Line (formerly known as the South Hills Village Line). It is located in South Park Township, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh. The station serves a park-and-ride function for commuters traveling to and from downtown Pittsburgh. The station includes a large parking lot to accommodate commuters. South Park station is the southernmost station on the Red Line. Service consists primarily of frequent trips to downtown Pittsburgh and beyond during peak hours. Less frequent service is provided during off-peak hours and on weekends.
