Victoria Peak (Belize)

Victoria Peak is the second-highest point in Belize, reaching a height of 1,124 meters (3,688 feet). It is located in the Maya Mountains, within the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, a protected area primarily established to protect jaguars.

The peak is a popular, though challenging, destination for experienced hikers. The trek to the summit typically takes several days, requiring physical endurance and preparation for navigating the dense jungle terrain.
