Tony Banks (American football)
Tony Banks (born April 17, 1973) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League (NFL).
Banks played college football at Michigan State University, where he earned All-Big Ten honors. He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the second round (42nd overall) of the 1996 NFL Draft.
Throughout his NFL career, Banks played for several teams, including the St. Louis Rams (1996-1998), Baltimore Ravens (1999-2001), Washington Redskins (2002-2003), and Houston Texans (2004-2005).
