Darkstar (band)
Darkstar are an English electronic music duo formed in 2007 in London. Originally consisting of James Young and Aiden Whittle, they were later joined by vocalist Holly Martin in 2010.
The group's early sound was characterized by a blend of dubstep, electronica, and experimental soundscapes. They gained initial recognition for their self-released EPs and collaborations with artists like Kode9. Their debut album, "North," was released in 2010 and showcased their evolving sound, incorporating more melodic elements and Martin's vocals.
