Teo Fabi
Teo Fabi (born March 9, 1955) is an Italian former racing driver. He competed in both Formula One and IndyCar racing.
Fabi began his racing career in Formula Two, winning the European championship in 1982. He entered Formula One in 1982 with the Toleman team, although his initial races were unsuccessful due to issues with the car's entry into specific races. He had a more successful stint with Benetton in 1985 and 1986, achieving several podium finishes.
Following his time in Formula One, Fabi moved to IndyCar racing. He achieved considerable success in the series, winning the CART championship in 1983 and several individual races, including the Michigan 500 in 1989. He's also known for his distinctive driving style and for frequently pushing his equipment to its limits. His brother, Corrado Fabi, also competed in Formula One.
