Motocoaster (Dreamworld)

The Motocoaster is a motorcycle-themed roller coaster located in the Ocean Parade section of Dreamworld on the Gold Coast, Australia. It is a launched coaster, utilizing a linear synchronous motor (LSM) launch system to accelerate riders from 0 to 72 kilometers per hour in approximately two seconds. The ride features riders seated on individual motorcycle-style vehicles arranged in rows, and it navigates a relatively compact track with tight turns and sudden elevation changes.

The Motocoaster experience is characterized by its fast acceleration and its unique seating arrangement, which gives riders the feeling of being on a motorcycle. While not an exceptionally tall or long coaster, it offers a quick and intense ride experience geared towards a broad audience.

The ride's theming is based around the concept of motorcycle racing and speed. The queue area and surrounding environment are designed to reflect this theme, although the extent of theming is relatively limited.
