Loknya (river)
The Loknya is a river in Pskov Oblast, Russia. It is a right tributary of the Lovat River. The Loknya's source is in the Bezhanitsky District, and it flows through the Loknyansky and Velikoluksky districts before joining the Lovat. The river is approximately 121 kilometers (75 miles) long, and its drainage basin covers an area of 2,190 square kilometers (845 square miles). The Loknya is used for fishing and, in some sections, is navigable by small boats. Significant settlements situated on the Loknya include the urban-type settlement of Loknya.
