Lörick
Lörick is a district (Stadtteil) of Düsseldorf, Germany. It is located on the left bank of the Rhine river, in the district 4.
Lörick is primarily a residential area, characterized by detached houses and apartment buildings. The district is known for its proximity to the Rhine and its green spaces, including the Rheinpark Golzheim, which extends into Lörick.
Historically, Lörick was an independent village before being incorporated into Düsseldorf in 1909. The district retains a relatively quiet and suburban character, distinct from the more urbanized parts of the city center.
Lörick is served by Düsseldorf's public transportation network, including the Stadtbahn (light rail) and bus lines. The Rheinkniebrücke (Rhine Knee Bridge) connects Lörick to the city center on the other side of the Rhine.
