John McClean (bishop)

John McClean (died 1288) was a medieval Bishop of Glasgow. A Dominican friar, he was appointed Bishop of Glasgow in 1268 and consecrated on 16 July 1268. Little is known of his episcopate, though he is recorded as having been present at the Council of Perth in 1269. He died in 1288.
