Jason Kennedy (footballer)

Jason Kennedy (born 19 January 1986) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.

Kennedy began his career at Middlesbrough, making his professional debut in 2003. During his time with Middlesbrough, he had loan spells at Livingston, Darlington, and Stockport County. He then signed permanently for Darlington in 2008.

Following Darlington, Kennedy played for Rochdale, Bradford City, Carlisle United, and Hartlepool United. He joined his final club, Barrow, in 2018.

Throughout his career, Kennedy was known as a hard-working midfielder with a good passing range. He announced his retirement from professional football in 2022 due to injury.
