Gustaf Lindblom (athlete)

Gustaf Lindblom (December 3, 1891 – April 26, 1960) was a Swedish athlete, primarily known as a triple jumper. He competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics held in Stockholm, representing Sweden. He won the gold medal in the triple jump event with a jump of 14.76 meters. This was the only Olympic medal of his career. Beyond his Olympic success, Lindblom also achieved national recognition in Sweden, winning several national championships in the triple jump. His accomplishments established him as a significant figure in the history of Swedish athletics.
