Howmeh Rural District (Ben County)

Howmeh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Emamzadeh Abdollah District, in Amol County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 13,757, in 3,673 families. The rural district consists of several villages and smaller settlements within the mountainous region south of Amol. It falls under the administrative division of Ben County (Bakhsh), which is part of the larger Amol County.
