Gordon King (American football)
Gordon King (born September 20, 1956) is a former professional American football player. He played as an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons, from 1979 to 1985.
King was drafted by the New York Giants in the first round (15th overall) of the 1979 NFL Draft. He played his entire professional career with the Giants. He was a key member of the Giants' offensive line during the early to mid-1980s, helping to protect quarterback Phil Simms. He was known for his size and strength. After his playing career, King stayed out of the public eye.
