George Kerr (American football, born 1919)

George Kerr (born September 2, 1919, in East Palestine, Ohio, died May 29, 2004) was an American football player. Kerr was a halfback who played college football for the Boston College Eagles. He was a member of the undefeated 1940 Boston College Eagles team that won the Sugar Bowl. Kerr was drafted by the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 1941 NFL Draft. He also served in the military during World War II. After the war, he played professionally for the Buffalo Bisons of the All-America Football Conference (AAFC) in 1946.
