HMS Blyth

HMS Blyth has been the name of several ships of the British Royal Navy, generally named after the town of Blyth, Northumberland.

Several vessels have borne this name:

• HMS Blyth (1910): A Blyth-class scout cruiser launched in 1910 and sold in 1920. She served in World War I.

• HMS Blyth (J315): A Bangor-class minesweeper launched in 1940 and sold in 1948. She served in World War II.

• HMS Blyth (M111): A Sandown-class minehunter launched in 1991 and in active service as of 2023. She is designed for locating and neutralizing sea mines.
