David Hay (Australian politician)

David Hay (born 1947) is an Australian politician. He served as a Liberal member of the Victorian Legislative Council for the South Eastern Metropolitan Region from 1992 to 2006. During his time in parliament, he held various shadow ministry positions and served on a number of parliamentary committees. Prior to entering state politics, Hay was a solicitor. He is a graduate of Monash University. After leaving parliament, he has remained active in community organizations.
