Dan Currie (ice hockey)

Dan Currie (born February 16, 1968, in Calgary, Alberta) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player.

Currie played as a forward. He was drafted in the 12th round, 239th overall, by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft. He never played in the National Hockey League (NHL).

Currie played major junior hockey with the Calgary Wranglers of the Western Hockey League (WHL) from 1985 to 1988. Following his time in the WHL, Currie turned professional. He spent the majority of his career in the minor leagues, including stints in the International Hockey League (IHL), the American Hockey League (AHL), and the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). He also played professional hockey in Europe.
