Clockers (film)

Clockers is a 1995 American crime drama film directed by Spike Lee. It is based on the 1992 novel of the same name by Richard Price, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Lee.

The film explores the lives of drug dealers, or "clockers," in a fictional housing project in Brooklyn, New York. Strike Dunham, played by Mekhi Phifer, is a young drug dealer working for Rodney Little (Delroy Lindo), a local drug kingpin. When a rival dealer is murdered, Strike becomes a suspect.
