Chris Penny (rower)

Chris Penny (born November 18, 1986) is a British rower. He has represented Great Britain in numerous international rowing competitions, primarily in the men's eight. Penny was part of the British crew that won a silver medal at the 2011 World Rowing Championships in Bled, Slovenia. He also competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where the British eight finished in bronze medal position. His rowing career has also included multiple World Cup medals and European Championship appearances. He is known for his strength and power on the water, contributing significantly to the success of the British eight during his active years.
