Charles Brown (offensive lineman)

Charles Brown (born August 27, 1987) is a former American football offensive tackle. He played college football at the University of Southern California (USC), and was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Early Life and College Career

Brown attended Ontario High School in Ontario, California, where he was a highly-rated offensive tackle prospect. He played college football at USC from 2006 to 2009. During his time with the Trojans, he was a key member of a dominant offensive line. He earned All-Pac-10 honors.

Professional Career

Brown was drafted by the New Orleans Saints with the 64th overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. He played for the Saints from 2010 to 2014, primarily as a backup tackle. In 2015, he signed with the New York Giants. He subsequently played for the Buffalo Bills in 2016. Throughout his NFL career, Brown played in a variety of roles, contributing primarily as a reserve offensive lineman and special teams player.
