Cesáreo Victorino (footballer, born 1947)

Cesáreo Victorino Ramírez (born March 19, 1947) is a former Mexican professional footballer. He played primarily as a defender.

Victorino began his career with Cruz Azul in the late 1960s and was part of their dominant squad of the 1970s. He won multiple league titles with Cruz Azul, contributing to their golden era. He was known for his strong tackling and defensive positioning.

Victorino also represented the Mexico national team, earning several caps. He participated in the 1970 FIFA World Cup held in Mexico.
