Karlsudd
Karlsudd is a location in Sweden, specifically a peninsula situated in the municipality of Nacka, near Stockholm. It is known for being the site of the former Karlsudd mental hospital, officially named Nacka Hospital. The hospital operated from 1916 to 1996, specializing in psychiatric care.
After its closure, the Karlsudd area underwent redevelopment. The former hospital buildings were converted into residential apartments and other facilities. Today, Karlsudd is a residential area with views of the archipelago.
