Andrés Mata (weightlifter)

Andrés Mata Pérez (born November 11, 1986) is a Spanish weightlifter competing in the 69 kg and 77 kg weight classes. He has represented Spain at multiple World and European Championships, as well as the Olympic Games.

Mata achieved significant success at the European level, winning medals at the European Weightlifting Championships. His accomplishments include a gold medal at the 2018 European Weightlifting Championships in Bucharest. He also participated in the Olympic Games, representing Spain in weightlifting. He is recognized for his technical proficiency and dedication to the sport.
