Alexander Cairns (rugby union)

Alexander Cairns is a Scottish former rugby union player. He primarily played as a prop.

Cairns played club rugby for Heriot's FP. He was known for his strength and work rate in the scrum and around the field.

Cairns was capped for Scotland 'A'.
