Lipa Cave
Lipa Cave is a cave system located near Lipa Dobrska village, in the Cetinje municipality of Montenegro. It is one of the largest cave systems in Montenegro, and is known for its speleothems, including stalactites and stalagmites. The cave was first explored and documented in the 19th century, and was opened to the public for tourism in the 21st century. Guided tours are offered, allowing visitors to explore various chambers and passages within the cave system, some of which include underground rivers and lakes. The cave's geological formations are a result of karst processes, where soluble rocks like limestone are dissolved by water over long periods. The temperature inside the cave remains relatively constant throughout the year.
