Alex Hartley (cricketer)
Alex Hartley (born September 5, 1993) is an English former professional cricketer who played as a slow left-arm orthodox bowler. She represented Lancashire Women, Thunder, and England Women.
Hartley made her international debut for England in 2016 against Pakistan. She was a member of the England team that won the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup, notably taking two wickets in the final against India. She played in 32 One Day Internationals and 4 Twenty20 Internationals for England.
In April 2024, Hartley announced her retirement from professional cricket. Since retiring, she has transitioned to a career in cricket commentary and media.
