Agnontas

Agnontas is a small fishing village located on the island of Skopelos in the Sporades archipelago of Greece. It is situated on the southwest coast of the island and is known for its sheltered harbor, which offers protection from strong northerly winds.

The village is named after Agnontas, an ancient Olympic champion from Skopelos. Legend has it that Agnontas landed at this location after being blown off course during a storm.
