Vowell

A "vowell" is a nonstandard, and arguably incorrect, spelling of the word "vowel." A vowel is a speech sound made with the vocal tract relatively open, in contrast to consonants, which have a constriction or closure at some point. In most languages, vowels form the nucleus of a syllable. The term "vowell" is generally considered a misspelling.
