Vernon (rapper)

Vernon, born Choi Hansol Vernon (최한솔 버논) on February 18, 1998, is a South Korean-American rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer. He is best known as a member of the South Korean boy group Seventeen, under Pledis Entertainment.

Vernon was born in New York City to a Korean mother and an American father. He moved to South Korea at the age of five. He was scouted by Pledis Entertainment and began his training in 2012.

He debuted with Seventeen in May 2015. Within the group, he is part of the hip-hop unit and is recognized for his rap skills and songwriting contributions. Vernon has also participated in collaborations with other artists and released solo music.

Beyond his musical activities, Vernon has also been featured in various magazines and television programs, showcasing his personality and diverse talents. He is known for his thoughtful lyrics, unique flow, and his cross-cultural background.
