Unikrn was an esports and video game-centric betting platform. Founded in 2014, it offered wagering on professional esports competitions, including games like League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, and Overwatch. The platform also featured casino games and skill-based betting options related to video games.

Unikrn aimed to bridge the gap between traditional sports betting and the growing esports market. It sought to create a regulated and secure environment for fans to engage with esports through wagering.

The company faced regulatory challenges and legal issues. In 2019, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged Unikrn and its CEO Rahul Sood with conducting an unregistered offering of securities through its digital token, UnikoinGold (UKG). Unikrn ultimately settled with the SEC, ceasing operations and paying a fine.
