Today (Thames Television series)

Today was a British regional news and current affairs television programme broadcast by Thames Television in the London region from 6 September 1982 to 16 December 1988. It was broadcast on weekdays at lunchtime, typically running for 30 minutes.

Today served as a replacement for Thames' earlier lunchtime programme, Thames at Six, and aimed to provide a more in-depth look at stories affecting Londoners. The programme typically featured news reports, interviews, and discussions on current events, local issues, arts, and entertainment.
