Man Asaad

Man Asaad (Arabic: معن أسعد‎; born November 20, 1993) is a Syrian weightlifter. He competes in the +109 kg weight division. Asaad won a bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, becoming the first Syrian Olympic medalist since 2004. He has also won medals at the Asian Weightlifting Championships, including a gold medal in 2021. Asaad represents Syria in international weightlifting competitions.
