The Swap is a 2016 Disney Channel Original Movie starring Peyton List and Jacob Bertrand. The film is based on the book of the same name by Megan Shull.
Synopsis:
Ellie O'Brien (Peyton List) is a rhythmic gymnast struggling with the pressures of competition and a difficult friendship. Jack Malloy (Jacob Bertrand) is a hockey player dealing with the expectations of his father and the intense pressure of his team. After a heated argument over text messages, Ellie and Jack mysteriously swap bodies. They must then navigate each other's lives, learn to appreciate each other's struggles, and find a way to swap back before it's too late, all while a big competition looms for Ellie and a pivotal hockey game for Jack.
