The Crunch (band)

The Crunch was a short-lived Anglo-Swedish hard rock supergroup formed in 2013. The band consisted of Sulo Karlsson (The Hellacopters) on vocals, Mick Geggus (Cockney Rejects) on guitar, Terry Chimes (The Clash) on drums, and Dave Tregunna (Sham 69, Lords of the New Church) on bass.

The Crunch released one studio album, Ain't No Rules in 2013, which featured a blend of punk rock energy and classic rock influences. The album received generally positive reviews, praising its raw energy and catchy songwriting.

The band undertook a limited number of live performances, primarily in Europe, following the album's release. They were notable for their high-energy shows and the pedigree of their individual members.

The Crunch disbanded shortly after their initial burst of activity, with members returning to their other musical projects. Despite their brief existence, The Crunch left a lasting impression as a powerhouse combination of experienced musicians from influential punk and rock bands.
