Roy Dias

Roy Dias (born October 18, 1952) is a former Sri Lankan cricketer who played in both Test and One Day International (ODI) matches. He was a right-handed batsman known for his elegant strokeplay and a useful right-arm off-break bowler.

Dias played for Sri Lanka from 1979 to 1987. He was a key member of the Sri Lankan team during their early years in international cricket, contributing significantly to their batting lineup. He also served as a coach and administrator in Sri Lankan cricket after his playing career ended. His coaching stints included working with the national team and various age-group levels.
