Rampage (rapper)

Rampage, born Roger McNair in Brooklyn, New York, is an American rapper and actor, best known as a member of the hip hop group Leaders of the New School. He is also known for his raspy voice and distinctive ad-libs, often incorporating animal sounds into his raps.

Rampage rose to prominence as part of Leaders of the New School, which also included Busta Rhymes, Charlie Brown, and Dinco D. The group gained attention in the early 1990s for their energetic performances and innovative sound. After Leaders of the New School disbanded, Rampage embarked on a solo career, signing with Elektra Records.

His debut solo album, En Endangerous Species, was released in 1997 and featured the hit single "Take It to the Streets," which reached the top of the Billboard Hot Rap Singles chart.
