Viktor Sobolev (politician)

Viktor Viktorovich Sobolev (Russian: Виктор Викторович Соболев) is a Russian politician and retired Lieutenant General. He currently serves as a deputy of the State Duma, representing the Moscow Oblast constituency. He is a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF).

Sobolev is known for his conservative political views and strong support for the Russian military. Before entering politics, he had a long career in the Russian Armed Forces, holding various command positions.
