Arluno
Arluno is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Milan, in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of Milan.
Geography:
Arluno is situated in the Po Valley. It borders the following municipalities: Casorezzo, Parabiago, Nerviano, Pogliano Milanese, Vanzago, Sedriano, and Santo Stefano Ticino.
History:
The origins of Arluno date back to Roman times. In the Middle Ages, it was a rural village. It experienced growth in the 20th century due to its proximity to Milan and industrial development.
