Iván Ania

Iván Ania Cadavieco (born October 25, 1977) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a forward, and is a current football manager.

Ania spent the majority of his playing career in Spain, representing clubs primarily in the second and third tiers of Spanish football. He began his career in the youth system of Real Oviedo, eventually breaking into their first team. He also played for teams such as CD Toledo, Racing de Santander, Lorca Deportiva CF, Cádiz CF, Gimnástica de Torrelavega, and Caudal Deportivo, among others.

As a player, Ania was known for his goal-scoring ability and work rate.

Following his retirement from professional football, Ania transitioned into management. He has managed several clubs in the lower divisions of Spanish football, including teams like Caudal Deportivo, Real Oviedo Vetusta (Real Oviedo's B team), Racing de Santander B, and Villanovense. He is noted for his tactical approach and his ability to develop young players. His managerial career has been characterized by a focus on building strong team dynamics and implementing attacking styles of play. As of late 2023, he is the manager of Córdoba CF.
