Mulindi
Mulindi is a location in Rwanda, most notably known for being the site of the headquarters of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) during the Rwandan Civil War (1990-1994). It served as a strategic base for the RPF and was often targeted by the Rwandan government forces.
The area is also known for its tea plantations. Tea cultivation is a significant part of the local economy in Mulindi and the surrounding region.
Post-genocide, Mulindi has become a place of historical significance, representing a key location in Rwanda's recent history.
