Poblenou (Barcelona Metro)
Poblenou is a station on the Barcelona Metro, served by line L4. It is located in the Poblenou neighborhood of the Sant Martí district in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
The station is situated underground, between Llacuna and Bogatell stations. It has two side platforms, each 93 meters long. Access is provided by multiple entrances located on Carrer de Pujades.
Poblenou station was opened in 1977 as part of the then-Line IV. In 1982, with the reorganization of the Barcelona Metro lines, it became part of the current Line L4.
The station's name comes from the Poblenou neighborhood, which was historically an industrial area but has undergone significant redevelopment in recent decades.
