Pipreola
Pipreola is a genus of birds in the family Cotingidae. These birds are commonly known as fruiteaters. They are found in humid Andean forests of South America.
Pipreolas are medium-sized birds, typically exhibiting sexual dimorphism in their plumage. Males often have brighter and more contrasting colors compared to the more subdued and cryptic coloration of females. Their diet consists primarily of fruit, although they may occasionally consume insects.
