Pat O'Brien (radio and television personality)

Pat O'Brien (born November 11, 1948) is an American radio and television personality. He is best known for his work as a sportscaster, television host, and radio show host.

O'Brien's career began in sports broadcasting, where he worked for CBS Sports and later as the lead anchor for SportsCenter on ESPN. He gained widespread recognition for his energetic and enthusiastic style.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, O'Brien transitioned to entertainment television. He hosted Access Hollywood from 1997 to 2004, covering entertainment news and interviewing celebrities. He also hosted the syndicated game show The Insider from 2004 to 2008.

Throughout his career, O'Brien hosted numerous awards shows and specials, including the Emmy Awards and the Miss USA pageant.
