David Kelly (Australian cricketer)

David Kelly (born 19 June 1967) is a former Australian cricketer who played first-class cricket for Tasmania.

Kelly was a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-pace bowler. He played primarily for Tasmania, making his first-class debut in the 1988/89 season. He was known for his solid defensive batting style and occasional useful contributions with the ball. While not a prolific run-scorer, he was a consistent performer in the Tasmanian middle order. He retired from first-class cricket after the 1997/98 season. His career statistics reflect a serviceable first-class player but not one of national prominence.
