Oulun Palloseura (football)
Oulun Palloseura (OPS) is a Finnish football club based in Oulu. The club was founded in 1925 and has historically been one of the most successful football clubs in Northern Finland.
OPS has won the Finnish championship twice, in 1979 and 1980. They also won the Finnish Cup in 1977. In recent years, the club has played in lower divisions of Finnish football, including Kakkonen (the third tier).
The club's home ground is the Heinäpää artificial turf field in Oulu. OPS has a significant history within the Oulu football scene and is known for its contributions to developing local talent.
