Nenê, born Cláudio Olinto de Carvalho on September 1, 1944, is a former Brazilian footballer who played as a midfielder. He is best known for his time with Flamengo, where he was a key player and considered one of the club's legends.

Career:

Nenê began his professional career with Santos, before moving to Flamengo in 1964. He quickly established himself as a vital part of the Flamengo squad, known for his skillful dribbling, passing accuracy, and vision. He played for Flamengo until 1974, winning several titles including the Campeonato Carioca.

Following his departure from Flamengo, Nenê played for other Brazilian clubs, including Internacional and Botafogo (SP).
