Mulberry Street is a principal thoroughfare in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Historically, it was the heart of Manhattan's Little Italy and continues to maintain a strong Italian-American cultural presence, although the neighborhood has become increasingly diverse in recent decades.

Mulberry Street runs roughly north to south through the Manhattan neighborhoods of Little Italy, Nolita (North of Little Italy), and the Lower East Side. It begins at Canal Street and extends northward to Bleecker Street.
