Gmina Kłaj

Gmina Kłaj is a rural municipality (gmina) in Wieliczka County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kłaj, which lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Wieliczka and 32 km (20 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 83.36 square kilometres (32.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 9,826.

Gmina Kłaj contains the villages and settlements of Brzezie, Dąbrowa, Grodkowice, Kłaj, Łężkowice, Podłęże, and Szarów.

Neighboring gminas are Bochnia, Drwinia, Łapanów, Niepołomice and Gdów.
